FREE Shipping over $75

Orders are fulfilled Monday-Friday. Typically orders are shipped out the following business day.

It is important to double check and accurately enter your shipping address during checkout. Once an order has shipped, any additional shipping charges due to an incorrect customer’s address will be the customer’s responsibility.

If your package is lost in transit please email us at shoplaurynarray@gmail.com with subject line “Lost In Transit” so we can file a claim for the package. Once the investigation is complete and your package cannot be located we will reship your items and if they are not available we will refund you for your order. USPS mail must be in transit for 15 days before we can file a claim for the missing package.

**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. Please contact them directly if your items are not delivered on time.
